2. Inspirational Motivation (IM): These leaders communicate a clear and compelling vision that inspires and motivates followers to commit to the organizational goals. 3. Intellectual Stimulation (IS): Transformational leaders encourage creativity and innovation by challenging followers to question assumptions and think critically. 4. Individualized Consideration (IC): These leaders provide personalized support and mentorship, addressing the individual needs and development of each follower.
